When our extensive product range of more than 75,000 elements reaches its limits, then KIPP becomes individual. The dimension of our experience, customer orientation and development competence becomes apparent with customer-specific projects. The basis is our high vertical range of manufacture. This enables assemblies as well as individual parts from the fields of standard elements, operating parts and clamping technology to be realised as customised solutions at any time, exactly according to specifications.

We accompany our customers throughout the entire process - from consultation and quotation, through feasibility analysis and development, to series production of the special solution.

Manufacturing expertise

KIPP produces customised solutions in Germany. Our R&D department and our own toolmaking department ensure professional implementation of customer-specific projects. The production processes on our modern machines are certified and subject to continuous optimisation processes. The same applies to the processes at our flexibly designed assembly stations. Fabrication of an individual plastic injection mould for the realisation of the clamping lever form.

User-friendly clamping due to the new form - clamping lever in our customer's corporate design.

Complex assemblies

Task:
Development of a holding device and marking solution for easy adaptation of ceiling panels for the carpentry trade.

Solution:
Fabrication of a double clamp to temporarily secure the panel. For marking out, a suitable height marker with pencil was developed.

Customer advantage:
Accurate marking of the cut line on ceiling panels by a single person.
