Rapid positioning and locking - indexing plungers with twist knob

KIPP now has indexing plungers with twist knobs in various sizes in its product range. These plungers make a quick adjustment and positioning of movable components extremely easy.



With these indexing plungers, components can be quickly positioned and locked by simply twisting and sliding. In addition, the plungers prevent a change in the indexed position due to transverse forces.

Incorrect operation is as good as prevented due to ON/OFF or ON/MID/OFF markings.

The key facts at a glance:

• Pin and housing made from nickel-plated steel, twist knob plastic

• Optionally with thread or with flange

• Pin diameters 5 mm and 7 mm

• Versions with ON/OFF display or ON/MID/OFF display

Our new indexing plungers with twist knob made from nickel-plated steel with a thermoplastic twist knob. The indexing pin is tapered. Matching steel conical bushes to suit both pin diameters are available.
