Unlike the models available up until now, these spring plungers are used mainly as press-in pins and as spring-loaded stops in tool construction. Important: in these versions with flat thrust pin, the thrust pin is actuated only in the axial direction. For radial or lateral actuation, the KIPP range offers numerous alternative plungers.
With currently more than 800 standard variants, HEINRICH KIPP WERK offers spring plungers for all conventional tasks. These are not only available in steel, but also in stainless steel (e.g. for contact with chemical substances), plastic or hybrid variants. With the numerour combination possibilities of sleeves, balls and springs, an ideal plunger is available for every application. Spring plungers with the integrated thread lock even withstand violent shocks, impacts and vibrations.
Spring plungers are used above all to press down/up, eject, or as spring-loaded stops. These versatile elements enable:
- the holding of quick-change components
- precise distance settings for stops
- reliable pressing down/up of system components
Linear or radially moving parts are reliably locked at preset positions using ball catches. Aligned elements in bushes and bearings are also precisely centred. |
