Participation is possible only by solving the respective contest question on the homepage of HEINRICH KIPP WERK KG (https://www.kippwerk.de).
Each participant may participate in the contest only once per week. But a participant can only win once.
Participants must be adult natural persons with a permanent residence in Austria, Germany, France or Poland. Employees of the HEINRICH KIPP corporate group or its branches are excluded from participation in the contest.
Participants who use prohibited aids or otherwise attempt to gain an advantage through manipulation are excluded from participation. Any such win will be subsequently disallowed and any prize reclaimed if applicable. Likewise, the outcome of the contest will not be impaired by a possible procurement of our products.
Prizes
From 10 June 2016 to 10 July 2016, 4 individual prizes can be won. Participation in the drawing for each prize is possible within a period of seven days (exception, 1st week – 10 days), beginning at midnight. Participation must be carried out within the contest time limit.
Participants can take part in the contest by answering the applicable contest question and providing their name, date of birth and e-mail address. If there is more than one correct answer, the winner will be drawn by lot.
Assigning a prize to a third party is not allowed. A cash payment of the prize value is not possible. The prize will be delivered to the winner free of charge.
The winners will each be contacted by e-mail and published on the HEINRICH KIPP Facebook page.
The prize claim is cancelled if the winner cannot be reached, if the winner does not respond or if the prize is not accepted after 21 days starting from the initial announcement of the winner by HEINRICH KIPP WERK KG.
Cancellation of the contest
HEINRICH KIPP WERK KG retains the right to cancel or end the contest at any time. This applies especially in case of force majeure or if the competition cannot be implemented or continued for any other organisational, technical or legal reason. In such cases, participants cannot assert claims against HEINRICH KIPP WERK KG.
Liability
HEINRICH KIPP WERK KG is not liable for incorrect information expressed and disseminated by participants and/or third parties or in connection with dissemination of information on the contest.
HEINRICH KIPP WERK KG does not guarantee that any and all links and references made in connection with the contest are correct and/or complete.
HEINRICH KIPP WERK KG is not liable for damage caused by malfunction of technical equipment, for delays or interruption of transmission or for damages in connection with participation in the competition or acceptance and use of prizes. This shall not apply to damage caused by injury to life, body and/or health.
Data privacy
The personal data of participants are used by HEINRICH KIPP WERK KG
solely for the purpose of the contest and for delivery of the prize. The data will not be passed on to third parties.
Facebook Promotion
This promotion bears no relationship to Facebook and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Facebook. The recipient of the information you provide is not Facebook, but HEINRICH KIPP WERK KG.
