Everything important at a glance

You have informed yourself about KIPP, the various apprenticeships, traineeships and cooperative education courses. Here are some important points about applications and training.

How does the application process work?

You apply in writing or by email. We then check whether an applicant is an ideal match for the advertised training position. For some professions, a small aptitude test is carried out to determine whether the applicant meets our requirement profile. If the result is positive, a personal interview will follow. A decision is then made about the training contract.

What is the latest date by which my application must be submitted?

Our selection procedures usually start in August, one year before the respective training starts. You can see if you can still apply at any time on the websites of the respective training occupations.

What options do I have for applying?

1. Applying by post:

You can send us your complete application documents in the traditional way by post.
Please send your application to the following address:

2. Applying by email:

You also have the option to apply by email for each vacancy. Don't forget to attach all necessary documents as a pdf file (max. 10 MB) to the email. Please send your application to personal@kipp.com.

Which application documents are required?

Your application is our first impression of you. In order to make a positive impression, please submit the following application documents within the application deadline:

  • Cover letter including your desired career
  • Curriculum vitae in tabular form with photo
  • Copies of the last two school reports
  • Certificates, if applicable

  • Motivation and commitment
  • Reliability and sense of responsibility
