Our product highlights at a glance

Ball lock pins, lockable

Ball lock pins are used to secure and connect components quickly and easily.

The lockable versions prevent unauthorised loosening of the connections.
The two balls are disengaged by opening the cylinder lock with a key and the pin can be slipped into holes in the workpieces.
When the cylinder lock is pressed in manually, the balls lock and the connection is secure.Removal of the ball lock pins is only possible with a key.

Snap locks, stainless steel

The stainless steel snap locks with grip are highly resistant to moisture, acid and seawater. They are perfect for a wide range of applications both indoors and outdoors.
The elegant locking elements fit flush into doors, hatches or covers. Their reduced design and simple and safe handling make them the ideal choice for various industries such as the automotive industry, medical technology, boat and shipbuilding, the motorhome and caravanning sector, the furniture industry and in the aerospace industry.

Star grips, plastic with security function

Star grips with security function offer protection against unintentional changes at the clamping point due to accidental opening or closing.
In the initial state, the grip can rotate freely and has no connection to the clamping pin.
Only when the grip is pressed down do the teeth engage and permit the clamp to be loosened or tightened. A spring returns the grip to the start position immediately upon release.

Positioning bushes with status sensor

HEINRICH KIPP WERK has expanded its range with a new series of intelligent positioning and locating bushes with status sensor.
These enable central monitoring of the position of indexing and ball lock pins during the production process.

The bushes are available either with an integrated sensor or alternatively, can be equipped by the user with conventional inductive sensors.
