KIPP receives the "TOP JOB 2019" award
HEINRICH KIPP WERK was awarded the TOP JOB seal for outstanding employer qualities by former Minister of Economic Affairs Wolfgang Clement. The award was presented by the Center for Employer Attractiveness "zeag GmbH" and the University of St. Gallen.
The HEINRICH KIPP WERK in Sulz am Neckar can look back on 100 years of company history.
Founded in 1919 as a mechanical workshop, KIPP has developed into an industrial manufacturer of standard elements, operating parts and clamping technology. The owner-managed family business is globally present with its German headquarters, 9 branches in Europe and North America as well as 50 agencies. KIPP offers its more than 400 employees not only secure jobs but also an interesting field of activity. The award of the Top-Job seal underlines the employer qualities of this mid-sized company.

"As an owner-managed, traditional company, we stand for reliability and fairness.",
emphasises Managing Director Nicolas Kipp. At the same time, the manufacturer relies on modern infrastructure in order to remain competitive.

We want to secure the future of our company through product innovation, digitalisation and internationalisation."

A balance from which all employees benefit. The owner family provides good development opportunities combined with an attractive environment. Particular emphasis is placed on family-friendly working hours and part-time options. A lot is also being done in Sulz for health: in addition to courses, the mid-sized company offers bicycle leasing, organises running events and offers free water and fruit.
Transparent communication is also a sign of appreciation. Employees are kept up to date via works meetings, intranet and set agenda's.
The company also invests heavily in training and development. As a responsible employer, we want to give young people in particular the opportunity to develop themselves further. It is not without pride that personnel manager Ralf Kauffer points to the consistently high training rate of 10 percent.
The intensive familiarisation phase, which ensures a successful start to a new job, has also been much praised.
Two years ago, an academy was also set up in which employees can receive targeted further training. In addition, there are product and process-related training courses and workshops, organised by the internal KVP team.

"The well-being of our employees is very important to us", stresses Nicolas Kipp. The strong binding force is clearly visible:

"We have some people from families who have been employed at KIPP for three generations."
