By individual configurations of the clamping columns, a precise machining of the workpiece is possible from all five axis. Basic modules, add-on modules, accessories for assembly and diverse adapters form the module system. Together, these guarantee collision-free working and maximum stability by high clamping forces. The modules can be mounted directly onto the machine table (T-slot, grid hole and zero point system).
The UNI lock 5-axis basic module system size 138 is designed to clamp large and heavy workpieces. The system size 138 is, in addition to the clamping systems 80 and 50 now the third version to be included in the product range of 5-axis modular clamping systems. |
