KIPP presents new tube connection elements and profile connectors

With these new products, HEINRICH KIPP WERK offers ideal solutions for the connection and fastening of sensors and limit switches as well as cables and hoses on aluminium profiles.

The new potential equaliser type I from KIPP is used for the safe conducting of electrostatic discharges to protect personnel and equipment. It is swivelled into the slot and screwed against the profiles at a 45° angle. The body of the potential equaliser breaks through the anodised layer and establishes a conductive connection.

The new KIPP earthing terminal type I is suitable for earthing aluminium profile constructions. The protective conductor system is incorporated and the oxide layer penetrated.
With the innovative KIPP sensor holder, sensors and limit switches can be easily and securely fastened to aluminium profiles or panels. A fastening piece offers a positive rotation lock that can be positioned every 15°. With no fastening piece the sensor holder can be infinitely adjusted in the angle.
With immediate effect the new cable clips from KIPP with or without T-slot key are also available. These are for fastening cables or hoses that are held in place by a stretched O-ring. Those with a T-slot key are simply mounted by fitting into the profile slot and twisting through 90°. Those with a T-slot key are mounted using cap or pan head screws and a slot key.
Another innovation from KIPP is the secure cable tie block which is also used for securing cables and hoses. These can be mounted onto panels or aluminium profiles using cap or pan head screws and a slot key. The cables or hoses are secured using normal cable ties.
